Mission
Drive lead generation initiatives for Talkative. Lead and execute strategies to grow high-quality leads aligned with company goals. Optimise campaigns, increase inbound lead volume, and strengthen partner-sourced lead pipelines. Directly contribute to scaling the business and building sustainable revenue streams.
Outcomes
1. Grow Inbound Leads To 25 Booked Demos Per Month Within 6 Months
- Your primary goal is to work on growing inbound leads to the Talkative website, and the main outcome is getting a prospect to book a demo (form on the website)
- Implement and improve lead nurturing strategies to generate and nurture leads over time.
- Create and enhance digital marketing materials, including landing pages, case studies, white papers, webinars, email sequences, and advertising.
- Creation of product-centric marketing materials (in collaboration with Design and Product).
- Create and manage targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, promote product updates, and drive conversions.
- Optimise landing pages, forms, and lead capture points to improve conversion rates and generate more qualified leads.
2. Support Partner Marketing Initiatives
- Collaborate with partners to support partners’ lead generation campaigns.
- Support sales and partners with ad hoc requests (slide deck amendments, webinars, etc.).
3. Grow a Marketing Team
- Opportunity to become Head of Marketing / CMO.
- Manage monthly lead reporting and develop more detailed lead analysis over time (cost per lead, pipeline contribution, conversion rate, lead quality, lead funnel cycle time, etc.).
- Work closely with a small existing team (SEO/Content Writer and Designer), lead and manage marketing sprints.
- Collaborate with Design and Product teams to create product-centric marketing materials.

Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with products priced at £10-20K ARR.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality leads and improving campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of CRO, lead nurturing, and email marketing best practices.
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. Webflow) and product demo tools (e.g. Navattic) is a plus.
- Familiarity with channel partner marketing strategies is a plus.
