However, every Talkative interaction is a dialogue between the customer and your agents.
So, with this update, we wanted to make sure you had full access to your agents’ behavior, as well as your customers’, revealing which agents had accessed what data at any given time.
In turn, you can easily and safely store crucial information and prove your organization’s dedication to secure data compliance.
Total control of your data security
To make sure this new feature is as useful as possible for your organization, we’ve also given Talkative admin users as much flexibility as possible when it comes to choosing what interaction data you log.
It’s why we’ve also included the new Interaction Access logging section within Talkative, giving you even greater control over your data security.
From logging when the console is opened to logging viewed interactions and downloaded data, you can now stay on top of the access issues that matter most.
