All Talkative customers can now integrate with Acuity, a cloud-based appointment scheduling software.
This integration allows you to automatically schedule Talkative interactions whenever an appointment is booked via Acuity.
It means you can manage appointments and customer conversations all in one place, improving efficiency by streamlining the scheduling process.
Seamlessly connect Acuity Scheduling to your contact centre
This integration allows Talkative to detect appointments created by your customers via Acuity, and then create a scheduled interaction automatically.
It works by leveraging the scheduled interaction tool within Talkative, which allows you to book a future interaction for a customer at a specific time and date.
Your queues in Talkative are mapped to appointment types within Acuity Scheduling, meaning that each Acuity booking will be automatically assigned to a specific queue.
In addition to automating the creation of a scheduled interaction, this integration can also handle changes to the appointment date/time, including cancellations.
Once an appointment has been booked, it will appear in your scheduled interactions page within Talkative.
When the time for a scheduled appointment arrives, Talkative will alert your agents, allowing them to initiate interactions directly from the platform.
This ensures a smooth transition between scheduling and service, creating a more seamless CX.
