That’s why we’ve created the new Agent Console Redesign - specifically developed to help your contact center teams perform better and supercharge efficiency.

Thanks to this new update, you can easily set up the Agent Console Redesign within your Company Configs settings.
But that’s not all - if you’d rather not switch your entire workforce to the redesigned console at once, you have the option to enable it for a selection of users at a time.
This gives you the flexibility to implement the Agent Console Redesign in the way that best suits your contact center teams and business needs.
Once the Agent Console Redesign is enabled, your agents can enjoy a number of new benefits. These include:
- An interaction sidebar - This makes it far easier for agents to multitask efficiently and manage a higher number of customer conversations.
- AI Assist tools - OpenAI Responses and Google Agent Assist recommendations.
- Agent Suggestions tab - Canned responses and AI Assist suggestions all in one place for ultimate convenience.
- New features - All future updates and new capabilities will only be available within the redesigned Agent Console.
It means your agents will be fully equipped to maximize productivity and deliver exceptional customer support.
