‍Our AI Analytics Assistant is now in beta and available to all Talkative customers.

This feature allows you to create reports through conversational interactions with an internal-facing chatbot.

It means you can get the analytics insights you need faster and more efficiently than ever before.

Talkative’s AI Assistant eliminates the complexity of analytics by generating reports in response to user queries.

It can generate any report supported by Talkative analytics - you can even ask the AI Assistant for the full list of possible inputs.

You can also ask the AI natural-language questions like “What’s the average chat duration for this week?” or “Show me CSAT scores from last month,” and it will instantly generate accurate results.

It can also answer any further follow-up queries you have about a report’s output. 

By delivering insights faster, this feature saves time and empowers you to get the most out of your analytics data.

What’s next: Future enhancements

In the coming weeks, we’ll be working to improve the capabilities of our AI Analytics Assistant.

This will be done in collaboration with our beta users before the feature becomes generally available in Q1 2025.
