2. Activate AI Email Assistant: In Talkative settings, select "AI Email Assistant," link your knowledge base, assign your agent domain, and select your AI provider.
3. User Management: Ensure agents have active Talkative accounts prior to installation.

Easy activation for agents

Activating the AI Email Assistant takes just minutes for agent, all they have to do is:

1. Install the Talkative browser extension for Chrome/Edge.
2. Log in and activate the "AI Email Assistant" from the extension.
3. Access Mitel Ignite, click the AI button, and insert generated email responses.
