With this new feature, you can view all the questions customers have asked your chatbot - plus whether or not the bot was able to answer them using your AI Knowledge Base.
This means you can quickly identify gaps in your knowledge base content, empowering you to make data-driven improvements to your chatbot’s performance.
Optimise your AI knowledge base for a better CX
This reporting feature offers key insights into your chatbot performance, knowledge base quality, and the user experience.
It works by providing a full list of all the questions customers have raised with your AI chatbot.
You can then filter the list of queries based on whether the chatbot’s lookup was successful or unsuccessful (i.e. whether the bot could find the answer to the question within your knowledge base or not).
By analysing unsuccessful look-ups, you can pinpoint missing information that should be added to your AI Knowledge Base.
This will help you effectively optimise and expand your knowledge base dataset, thereby improving the accuracy and performance of your chatbot over time.
The AI Knowledge Gap Report can be easily accessed by searching “lookups” within your company console settings.
