With our latest update, your supervisors can now receive customer chat transcripts automatically - all via email.

This makes it far easier to monitor customer interactions. 

What’s more, you’ll  be able to swiftly identify new leads and follow up on them immediately, meaning you’ll never miss out on a chance to convert. 

Prior to this update, it was the case that only customers received automatic post-chat transcripts.

We wanted to make it so that account holders and supervisors could benefit from this valuable resource too.

As a result, you can now configure your own post-interaction email rules within your Talkative account general settings.

These rules can be set to cover multiple users - you simply enter all of the email addresses that the transcripts are to be sent to.

You can also configure different rules for each chat queue

For instance, a supervisor of your sales team could amend the rule so that they only receive post-chat transcripts from the sales queue interactions.

That way, rather than having to sift through a pile of irrelevant transcripts, they’ll only receive the ones that are significant to them and their role.

Effortlessly monitor interactions

Accessing interaction transcripts used to mean sifting through interaction logs.

Now, you’ll have all the information you need at your fingertips. Best of all, it’s sent to you automatically as soon as a chat terminates.

The email you receive will include the following information:

  • Interaction data (date, time, duration, agent name)
  • Features/channels used (e.g. live chat)
  • The full chat transcript 
  • A link to view the chat history within your interaction log

As you can see, this feature grants you maximum ease and convenience when it comes to accessing and monitoring the customer conversations that matter most.
