With Digital AI, setup and maintenance are far simpler.
You create your AI agent, define its intro message, write the main prompt that governs its behaviour, connect the tools it needs, and test it in preview before publishing.
The prompt (plus your knowledge base) essentially becomes the AI agent’s brain. You can use it to define:
- Who the AI agent is and its role
- The key use cases it should handle
- How it should respond when a request falls outside of its scope
- What tone of voice it should use
- What rules (i.e. guardrails) it must follow, such as only sharing approved links or escalating to a human when needed
