Enhanced Supervisor Dashboard Editor

All Talkative customers can now enjoy the benefits of our updated and enhanced Supervisor Dashboard Editor.

Prior to this update, you had to configure your dashboard layout yourself.

Now, you can choose from a selection of pre-designed, fully customizable dashboard templates to build upon.  

It means you can utilize the flexibility of the editor with more speed and convenience than ever before.

Configure your own unique alerts

With the new and improved Supervisor Dashboard Editor, you can now create alerts that are unique to you and your priorities.

For example, you could configure a pop-up alert to appear whenever your CSAT score drops below a certain threshold (e.g. below 10%). 

You can also use color-coded alerts to monitor your stats - any stat you apply this to will become green, orange, or red in accordance with how you’re performing in that area. 

These advanced capabilities will help you take your performance management to the next level.

Customize permissions and Dashboard access

Another key benefit of this update is the option to choose who has permission to access your dashboards.

You can now set a dashboard to be available to everyone or just to specific users or groups (e.g. sales only). 

As well as customizing permissions, you can also make access easier for managers by sending them a link that’ll allow them to view a dashboard without even signing in to Talkative. 

This flexibility maximizes convenience and allows you to customize dashboard access to suit your specific needs.
