The updated homepage introduces several new insights to help you monitor and improve customer interactions, including:
- Total interaction volume over time: Spot trends and identify peaks immediately.
- CSAT breakdown: See the ratio of positive vs. negative CSAT scores instantly.
- Full comment overview: Quickly review customer feedback.
- Agent vs. Chatbot split: Track how many interactions are managed by your team versus automation, allowing you to see the impact of chatbot containment.
You can also customise your homepage view by changing the time period in the top right corner.
This allows you to view data from the past 24 hours, the past 3 days, or the past week.
