Enhanced AI Interaction Summaries

‍All Talkative customers can now set bespoke prompts for their AI Interaction Summaries.

Before this update, there was only one default format for this feature.

Now, you can customise how summaries are generated by adding your own instructions to the prompt.

For example, you might want the summaries to include specific details or adhere to a preferred length, language, or tone.

This flexibility allows you to shape the format and focus of your interaction summaries according to your requirements. 

Tailor interaction summaries to your needs

By defining custom prompts, you can tailor interaction summaries so that they…

• Highlight specific information or important details
• Adhere to formatting guidelines (e.g., length)
• Follow your preferred language, style, or communicative tone
• Include or exclude certain data points, like product names or URLs
• Emphasise customer sentiment or key themes
• Align with reporting requirements, organisational standards, or branding

This allows for better alignment with your goals or needs, ensuring that AI-generated summaries are precise, relevant, and fit for purpose.

Setting up custom prompts is straightforward. 

Simply navigate to Interaction Summary Configuration within your Settings and type your prompt requirements into the Summary Prompt box.
