Mass Outbound SMS is now available to Talkative customers as a paid bolt-on to Business and Enterprise plans.
Prior to this update, only individual outbound SMS messages were possible - meaning that you could only text one contact at a time.
Now, you’ll gain the ability to message multiple customers or prospects simultaneously.
It means you can quickly and effectively reach large audiences through one of the most popular messaging channels.
Maximum reach, minimum hassle
Thanks to this new update, you’ll be able to send mass SMS messages to a maximum of 250 consumers at once.
This feature can be used for a number of use cases, including:
- Mass notifications and emergency alerts
- Customer surveys and feedback requests
- Promotions and marketing campaigns
To access this feature, you’ll have to navigate to Mass Outbound SMS within your company settings, select the sender number, and upload a CSV file containing your list of contacts and messages (we’ll provide a template for this).
Once uploaded, the phone numbers will be automatically converted into the correct format. Plus, any invalid numbers will be detected and flagged.
All that’s left to do then is review, acknowledge that you have consent from your users/customers - and send.
