Prior to this update, Talkative video chats could only involve one advisor per customer. Now, agents can add multiple additional users to any video call.
It means a seamless escalation for situations where an agent requires technical assistance or another advisor on the call.
Effortlessly add participants to video chats
This new update makes multiparty video calls easy.
Simply click the ‘Add user’ button and you’ll be provided with a link that can be sent to the desired recipient via any text-based interaction.
All they have to do is click the link, and they’ll join the video chat with ease.
The invite link can be sent to other team members, senior agents, technical staff, or even external users.
It means you can provide a whole new level of video customer service that’ll set you apart from your competitors.
