From one screen, you can now:

- Review recent customer questions and AI interactions, including the answers your Knowledge Base provided
- Access tools to improve answer quality and knowledge coverage
- Perform test runs with curated questions
- Configure and update your AI prompts using our new prompt builder
This unified experience reduces the need to jump between different areas of the platform, saving time and making ongoing optimisation simpler.
