If you want to kickstart OpenAI Responses immediately with minimum hassle, you can enable the standard (untrained) OpenAI model. This will generate response suggestions based solely on the customer’s message and information from the current conversation.
Alternatively, you can create a trained model that’ll automatically learn from your previous customer interactions. That way, the response suggestions will be more tailored to your brand as they’ll be based on your historical data as well as the current chat.
You can even generate multiple OpenAI models for specific queues. For example, you could train a model with transcripts from previous sales interactions only and assign it to the sales chat queue. This will make the response suggestions even more relevant and helpful for your agents.
