All Talkative customers can now utilize outbound SMS interactions.
Prior to this update, only inbound SMS messages were possible - meaning that your customers would have to start the interaction if they wanted to communicate via SMS.
Now, you and your contact center teams will also have the ability to send outbound SMS messages for customer support.
It means you can proactively assist and engage your customers through one of the most popular and convenient consumer channels.
Initiate customer conversations with SMS
Thanks to this new update, your agents can easily initiate chat conversations with customers via SMS messaging.
All you have to do is enable ‘Outbound SMS Interactions’ within your Company Configs settings.
This feature can be used for a variety of use cases, including:
- Follow-up messages for ongoing customer issues
- Feedback requests
- Order status updates
- Appointment reminders
By initiating interactions via SMS, you can improve customer communications and increase digital engagement.
