SharePoint Knowledge Base Integration

All customers can now connect their Microsoft 365 SharePoint sites with their Talkative Knowledge Base.

With this new integration, you can securely import SharePoint files into Talkative and keep them automatically refreshed according to your Knowledge Base update settings. 

This makes knowledge management even easier - and ensures your AI will always draw on the latest approved content.

Expanded file support

Alongside the SharePoint integration, this update also expands the types of documents that can be included in your Knowledge Base.

You can now import .doc, .docx, and .pptx files - either through SharePoint or the existing file upload channels.

This makes it more conveneit than ever to centralise key resources across formats and platforms.
