Talkative customers can now benefit from Voice AI Copilot - the latest enhancement to our AI Copilot suite.

Before this update, AI transcription ended as soon as a call was handed off to a live agent.

Now, every call is fully transcribed - from the AI’s opening exchange right through post-handoff to a live agent - ensuring no context is ever lost.

Agents will continue to benefit from existing Copilot features like real-time response suggestions and next-step guidance - but now they’ll also receive AI-generated call summaries to make wrap-up faster and easier. 

Meanwhile, supervisors gain access to live sentiment tracking and richer analytics - empowering them to better support their teams and customers alike.

Expanding AI Copilot to live voice interactions

Voice AI Copilot builds on our existing Copilot suite by embedding AI into every stage of a customer call.

This makes AI Copilot a more powerful partner for teams handling incoming calls, offering the following benefits:
