With the latest Voice AI update, you can take advantage of the following capabilities…
1. Voice AI Playground: Test bots directly in your browser
You can now test your Voice AI bots instantly, without the need for a phone or test call.
Simply open your Voice AI config and click “Test your Voice AI Bot in your browser” to launch a real-time, in-browser simulation.
This makes it simple to test knowledge base lookups, call flows, tool integrations, and overall voice performance - helping you fine-tune your voicebot faster and with full confidence.

2. Multi-language Voice Selection: Expanded voice options
We’ve expanded Voice AI’s multilingual capabilities with new language options.
You can find the full list of supported languages in our support article.
Additionally, you can now browse our library of voices/accents/dialects and listen to audio previews within the Voice AI config editor - ensuring your bot sounds natural and on-brand.

3. Voice AI Tools: Smarter, more flexible call handling
You can now easily add actions to your voicebot with the new and improved Tools configuration.
This allows the AI to go beyond natural language responses, facilitating smarter and more flexible call handling.
Available within the Voice AI bot builder, these tools can enable your bot to:
- Transfer customers to different departments or queues
- End calls automatically when appropriate
- Search your knowledge base for instant answers
- Make external API calls for advanced integrations
- Book and retrieve calendar slots using Cal.com
With these actions, your Voice AI can handle more complex customer queries, streamline call flows, and deliver more intelligent self-service.
