Here are some of the most common queries about deploying Talkative

Why conversation based?

As customer service moves to be primarily automation driven, we feel seat-based licencing makes less and less sense. Rather than paying for seats, AI add-ons, WhatsApp/SMS add-ons, and more, conversation-based pricing simplifies all of this into a single line item.

What counts as a conversation?

Any complete conversation or task in the system. For example a chatbot conversation that has 15 messages and transfers to a live agent would count as one single conversation. A WhatsApp conversation that has mutliple back and forth messages counts as a single conversation.

What happens if I reach my conversation limit?

You will get a notification when you have used 50% and then 90% of your limit. You can increase your limits at any time. When you hit your limit, your chat widget will no longer show.

Can I pay for just users and not per conversation?

Please contact us for custom quotes, we support user-based pricing for Enterprise subscriptions.

Can I have a free trial?

While the Starter package gives you everything you need to trial the system, please reach out if you would like to trial a higher tier package.
